OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING YOUR MEDICATIONS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
⦁ Elder Care Delivery. This is available for Sault Tribe Elders only, age 60 and over, living in Sault Ste. Marie City Limits and Odenaang Subdivision. Please contact the pharmacy in the normal manner to make your refill request and then call 906-635-4971 to make arrangements with Elder Care for delivery.
⦁ Homebound Elder Prescription Delivery for those Sault Tribe Elders living outside of Sault Ste. Marie City Limits or Odenaang Subdivision, who are homebound. Contact your local tribal center:

3) Drive up pickup service is available to all patients.
Sault Ste. Marie: Drive up to the Sault Tribe Health Center front door from 9 AM to 1 PM MON-FRI. Wait in your car. Have your ID ready. A Pharmacy staff member will come to your car. If there are unforeseen problems or if you have questions you may be asked to leave your phone number for a Pharmacist to call you back.
St Ignace : Drive to the Mackinac Straits Hospital parking lot between 9 AM to 1 PM and PARK. Call 906-643-4996 and choose option #6 to speak with pharmacy staff to make arrangements. If you do not have a cell phone call before you leave your home.
Manistique: Drive to the parking lot and call 906-341-9545 if that number is busy call 906-3419518 and ask to have your prescriptions brought out to you.
Munising: Drive to the parking lot and call 906-387-4721 and ask to have your prescriptions brought out to you.
Hessel: Drive to the front of the building and call 906-484-2727 and ask to have your
prescriptions brought out to you. Some deliveries are also available please call the same number to discuss.
Newberry: Drive to the front of the building and call 906-293-8181 and ask to have your prescriptions brought out to you. Some deliveries are also available please call the same number to discuss.
Escanaba and Marquette: Please call the centers PRIOR to coming to the center to make arrangements. Escanaba 906-341-1836, Marquette 906-225-1616.
4) United States Mail. This is available for all patients over the age of 50 years. Please Note that we cannot mail controlled substances, temperature sensitive items like insulin, flammable items, liquids or glass.
Sault Ste Marie Patients: Call 906-632-5226, choose option 3 and leave a message that includes: Your Name, your chart # or date of birth, the name of each medication, your phone number, please state that you want them mailed and give us your current address.
St. Ignace Patients: Call 906-643-4996 and choose option 6.
Manistique Patients: Call 906-341-9545 and remain on the line to leave a message that you would like your medications mailed. Leave a message that includes: Your Name, your chart # or date of birth, the name of each medication, your phone number, please state that you want them mailed and give us your current address.
