1. When will I be able to schedule foot care with the nurse and tech?

    As soon as we safely able to provide foot care in the office, our team will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.

2.  When will I be able to get an appointment with my Diabetes Nurse and/or Registered Dietician?

3.   I need my routine blood drawn in Hessel?  Can I come in without an appointment?

5.  My hearing aids aren't working?  I need hearing aid batteries?

6.  I want an appointment with my Registered Dieticina to get my In-Body testing updated.

7.  I need more of my incontinence supplies.  Can I just stop by Community Helath to pick them up?
