All community members are welcome to attend.Topics will include: Drum group and traditional dance for exercise; sacred uses of semma (tobacco) vs commercial tobacco; leather personal pouch making activity; introductions and blessings in Anishinaabe language; feasting your clan; traditional Anishinaabe and Great Lakes local foods; and the use of The Native Plate and Decolonizing Diet Recipes.There is a potluck feast planned, please bring Anishinaabe or local foods if you can.
