Dr. Schroeder-Anderson

Dr. Schroeder-Anderson was born and raised in New Albany, IN across the bridge from Louisville, KY.  Dr. Schroeder found an opportunity to work for the Sault Tribe of the Chippewa Indians as the Chief Solo Dentist at the St. Ignace Sault Tribal Health & Human Services.  She and her husband decided it was an opportunity they could not pass up.  Her family of three packed up and moved to the U.P. in April of 2018.  Dr. Schroeder graduated from the University Of Louisville School Of Dentistry in 2012.  She worked for 8 months as an independent contractor dentist in Corydon, IN and in June of 2013 she purchased a dental practice in Floyds Knobs, IN.  Dr. Schroeder owned, managed and was the sole dentist for her practice, Schroeder Dental for 4.5 years.  Dr. Schroeder and her husband had never been away from home and saw the benefit of the wonderful opportunity and adventure that awaited.  Dr. Schroeder is a lifetime Girl Scout of 25 years and is eager to become a volunteer for the local Girl Scouts in the U.P.  Dr. Schroeder was a Board Member (elected 3 year term) and the Vice Chair of the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana Board of Directors (elected 1 year term).  Dr. Schroeder-Anderson and her husband love the outdoors, hiking and snowboarding.

Dental Services
Dental Services available at the Sault Tribe dental clinics: Exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, extractions, dentures, and many other services are skillfully provided. Your first visit will include the necessary x-rays and a thorough exam. Other treatment will be provided at additional appointments. We will provide as much treatment as possible at each appointment and will try to coordinate appointments in other areas of the clinics to the best of our ability (medical, optical, etc.)
