The Sault Tribe Health Division has 7 health clinics or centers providing various levels of medical services throughout our seven county service area located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
We provide high quality care as measured by our clinical outcomes generated through Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and compared to participating HIS & Tribal Health Programs nationally.
The Sault Tribe Health Division is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC).
Laboratory services are accredited by the Commission of Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA).
Behavior Health Services are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Our health centers also maintain national accreditation from the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
